Returns & Shipping
Returns are accepted on unwashed, unworn merchandise within 10 days of the original receipt of the package date. All merchandise must be returned with tags attached in original condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Exchanges
If you want to make an exchange, email shebesurfin@gmail.com or call 609-967-3110. You must ship out your item within the 10 days of receipt of the package. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise we can ship you your item for exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
In-Store Returns (For items purchased online)
Any item(s) purchased online are eligible to be returned in-store for merchandise credit or an exchanged item. Items must be returned to the Avalon store only.
